Dan is an award-winning business lawyer with almost thirty years’ experience working in private practice and in private equity-owned and FTSE listed companies in a range of sectors. For the past 17 years his focus has been exclusively on the healthcare sector, where he has held a number of senior roles including Head of Legal for Bupa Hospitals and General Counsel and Company Secretary for Spire Healthcare Group plc. He has also acted as an adviser to a number of private hospital groups and to the UK government.
