Julie began her career in 1990 after qualifying from secretarial college, initially serving as an Administration Officer with the Ministry of Defence. In this role, she progress to Personal Assistant to a senior military figure, before broadening her expertise in the fields of sales and marketing.

She later advanced to the position of Regional Sales Manager, a role she held for several years. After taking a career break to devote time to her family, Julie returned to the professional world in 2016, working alongside Simon Radley.

Recognising a growing demand for specialised private practice management in the healthcare sector, Julie played a key role in the establishment of Medmin. As the business grew, she took the lead in building and overseeing a dynamic and expanding team of medical administrators and support staff, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across private healthcare.
