Margaret began her career as a dental nurse in 1993, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support. She later transitioned into roles within Administration, Human Resources, and Payroll, broadening her expertise across various aspects of business operations.

In 2014, she joined The Priory Hospital, initially as part of the administration team. and quickly advancing to Patient Administration lead, and, subsequently in 2018, to Patient Administration Manager. In this role, she was responsible for leading the delivery of efficient, patient-focused administrative services.

In 2022, she brought her extensive experience to Medmin, assuming the role of Practice Manager. She was later promoted to Operations Manager, where she currently leads on service delivery, operational strategy, and team development—maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
