Mike is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of private equity-backed businesses, a corporate financier, investor, and Non-Executive Director (NED), with 30 years’ experience. He is responsible for Medmin’s financial affairs including strategy, business planning, funding, investor relations, and reporting.

Mike has been CFO of three private equity (PE)-backed businesses which achieved significant growth and successful exits, overseeing a combination of organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and the eventual sale processes. As a corporate financier, he has advised on over 200 completed transactions across the whole private capital spectrum: fundraises, business sales, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management buyouts (MBOs), private equity, corporate restructures, and strategic reviews. Mike has also acted as a non-executive director, board adviser, and shareholder in various private companies over the years.

Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of St Catherine’s College, Oxford University.
